Our communication will be improved if we recognize that familiar scripts do not apply, and seek to modify our communication behaviors accordingly. Although the book is out of print, I believe that the information it contains is still valuable to educators today.

We may reduce our uncertainty and increase the accuracy of our predictions by gaining more information about the stranger. This book is not yet featured on Listopia.
